Will Ciryl take a dive?

Dana’s been more psycho than normal and seems to be heavily vested in Jones winning. I wonder if he approached Ciryl in the late hours of last night to inform him of what’s best for his career if he wants to stay in the UFC…

Most of these guys are probably the right offer away from taking a dive.

Anyone know James Krause bets tonight? Lol

I’m sure there was someone in his discord on the UG…

Chandler is the only one that worries me about this, but not Gane

Jones fights like once every 3 years these days if Dana wanted to make money he would want ciryl to dethrone him.

Yeah of course Dana wants Jones to win . If Gane goes out there and styles on Jon and beats him decisively - not good for Dana or the hvwt division

maybe conor would’ve still won but im convinced alveraz took a dive in that fight, just look at the house he lives in.

This is a scenario I can see play out and thought it as soon as the fight was announced. Isn’t the UFC ‘entertainment’ like WWE, NFL, NBA….all can and is rigged. $$$$$$$ is what drives it all

and yes, Covid came from a lab

There is a lot of money to be made with becoming (and remaining) the heavyweight champion of the world, not to mention the prestige and sponsorships that comes with it, and then you can add to that the torch the man is carrying for MMA in his homeland of France, and the hero of a nation status is is building at home. How much do you think they could offer the man to toss all of that to the side?

Let’s also take into consideration the fact that there is prison tme involved for fixing a sanctioned event, and the tarnishing of the entire organization’s reputation worldwide should they be exposed. If fixing fights was a thing, Conor would still be undefeated and the UFC would be squeezing that tit dry. Ronda would never have had her face arranged and that insufferable bitch would be mean mugging Shevchenko before a superfight co-main matchup tonight. Way too much risk all around in approaching these guys with such offers.

No way this ever happens. The gaming commissions would come down so hard on this the ufc would be out of business. Anything involving gambling is well regulated.

No. But if Gane loses this fight against an over the hill Jones fair and square, he should retire

Because the gaming commissions are never on the take. Come on man!!!

Can you highlight an instance where it’s occurred?

No I cannot, nor will I ever care to look it up

Then why throw it out there with such conviction? Is it because we live in a world where everything is fake, nothing is true, people can say whatever they want and nobody is ever wrong, evidence is not required, and when it’s produced it’s dark web blahbitty blah?

One thing people forget is that so much money involved the public has to believe gambling is honest and fair. The whole industry could collapse if people know sports are fixed. There’s too much at stake to allow cheating.

^ Exactly.
