I'm not sure that it will for either fighter. Do either of these fighters have much to gain in terms of MMA reputation?
If Sak gets kicked around for a couple of rounds and pulls of a surprise submission, then he can solidify his rep as a warrior.
Personally, I think Shamrock's reputation as a fighter rose when he stepped up to fight Franklin(an MMA athlete in his prime). Even though he got beat (I'm not even touching the suspicions of work), Shamrock stepped up to a top guy. If Shamrock beats on Saku I don't think he'll gain much in terms of MMA credibility (as opposed to his reputation as an entertainer)
thoughts?
