Wittman: I See Brock As a One Dimensional Fighter

Grudge/Greg Jackson MMA striking coach Trevor Wittman analyzes his student Shane Carwin's UFC heavyweight title unification bout at UFC 116 versus Brock Lesnar. Interview by Danny Acosta. Shot and edited by Rick Lee.

that guy is so annoying

Takedown to GNP is a pretty good one dimension to excel at.

he says we have a gameplan and if that fails, we have a plan B

sounds like Carwin is gonna shoot in and try to take Brock down and plan B is if carwin cant take Brock down

I can see why.

He can speak English well.

I could care less if he knew 28 different languages

He's still annoying.

I think plan A is to remain standing, and plan B has something to do with dealing with Brock being on top.

i also find him surprisingly annoying. he seems a phony.

It's amazing how people are annoying if they say things you don't agree with, huh?

I knew Trevor years ago. Trevor is an awesome person.

He is kind, considerate, enthusiastic, intelligent, fun, and cares tons for his fighters.

I personally don't find him annoying, and am not sure why some of you one here do.

Really you can't?

IDK just something about him bugs the shit out of me. He might be a great guy in person but on camera I want to hit the mitts with him and "accidentally" miss the mitt.

*edit....I just watched the video and he didn't annoy me as much this time.

I really can't.

Maybe it's because I know him.

He is super confident for his fighter.

Is that it?

It's the shit-eating grin that bugs me.

Lo No Ho Paura -
K-Dub-"T" -  He is so well spoken.

Apparently this annoys the Brock fans to no end. It's quite funny.

Trevor is actually a really cool guy. I remember meeting him probably 6 or 7 years ago. I road over to his condo with Duane Ludwig. I don't think he was w/Jackson's camp yet. I think his gym was pretty small (not positive) and I think mainly just boxing called T's KO Club (something like that). Anyway, this was my first time meeting him and he was very nice. He also had the coooooolest cat I have ever seen. It looked just like a cheetah and it was the size of his dog (full grown boxer)!

I remember Duane telling me something that Trevor hasn't really been coaching striking for MMA or Muay Thai that long (Bang may have been the 1st he coached) but he had been coaching boxing for quite some time and he picked up on MMA and Muay Thai VERY fast.

Good Guy
