Having an issue. I've got TWO women in our small town, small gym that walk at 110. They could cut to 95 if need be. One in particular loves to compete, but she's constantly being placed against women that are 1/2 foot taller and multiple weight classes above her. Even the big events tend to not go much lower than 119, but she normally faces 130+ opponents at the lightest.
And yeah, lift weights, use leverage, etc.
Anyone know of events with smaller weight classes?
