Didn't see him stepping up when Hector Lombard was looking for a fight and out of EVERYONE in the division, they had to bring in Josh Burkman from outside of the UFC to fight.

That said UFC is fn retarded for having the masvidal/Maia fight. Maia should be fighting Woodley and masvidal should be fighting a #1 contender match.

I agree man. With the UFC booking Maia/masvidal (bizarre since Maia earned his shot), letting Rory walk, refusing to sign Askren, and Robbie and Condit choosing to remain inactive, there isn't a lot out there. Dude just wants to stay active, which I'd think fans would appreciate these days when someone wins the belt and starts to sit out. He's by far the most active champ. Wants his 4th title fight in a year.
I will disagree that he avoided Thomson though. He won the belt and fought him twice in the next 8 months.

Love Condit but he's 1-3 over the last 3.5 years with his only win being Alves and hes lost his last 2.
Cancel masvidal/maia and let maia fight him. Let Lawler fight masvidal. Let Cowboy fight Nick or Condit.
