Ok to the dumb asses on here saying he shot an unarmed man or he was mid surrender or just to stupid to find facts let's point out that the officer was attacked by two people, Brown went for the officers gun, if he had gotten do u think he would have fired a warning shot? The officer had a broken orbital bone from the initial attack, when brown attempted to run the officer ordered him to stop and brown ran at the officer, keep in mind browns friend was still a factor at the time. Did the officer know brown didn't have a knife on him? There are many factors involved in this shooting most if not all brought on by browns aggressive behavior. 26 officers killed this year furring routine stops such as this one did anyone riot, or were there any marches or did our president send aids to their funerals. Wake up people a violent person was shot due to his own violent acts.

First, as written prior to your post, the orbital bone story is false. It was made up by some right wing kook who even posted a fake CT scan.
With all that info you posted, it sounds like you were there!
The witnesses that have come forward have all contradicted your "story."
None of them said he "ran at the officer."

All the witnesses ON RECORD have said:
1. there was an altercation at the cops window
some said Brown was trying to pull away
2. there was a shot fired at the car
3. Brown started to run away
4. Wilson (cop) got out and started firing
5. Brown was either hit or turned because of shots
6. Brown put hands up
7. Wilson continued firing
Any so-called witnesses saying Brown "charged" at the cop seem to be mysterious radio callers that happen to know someone who knows someone else, who knows a cop who knows Wilson.
