Need some workouts to help with hip explosion and punching power.
Train boxing
If you are trying to solely increase explosive power for boxing then hit the heavy bag. I had days where I would do nothing but throw 100s of combos with plenty of rest focusing on technique and power. Throw a 1-2 reset 1-2 reset over and over basically 100 times. I made sure I recovered between each combo because my goal with those is technique and power. If I wanted power output I would do 1-2s without rest. If you want explosive power in general then sprints, medball throws, and plyos will help. If you are focusing on a sport then strength and conditioning becomes primarily GPP, work capacity, and injury prevention/rehabilitation. Yes you will increase strength, speed, etc. but it lays the foundation to allow you to train your sport as efficiently as possible.

I will do those.

Do those with every combination you use and those you want to learn. Each punch or kick as to be done with as much speed and power possible. I would start off doing 25 jabs, rest, 25 straight rights or lefts depending on your power hand, rest, 25 1-2s, rest. then 25 1-2-3s. If you are a kicker then you can do a few things: add a kick at the end of all the above mentioned combos. My basic workout I do is 2 rounds of footwork, 2 rounds of shadowboxing, 2 rounds of head movement drills, then I do the above mentioned combos on the bag, after that I do a few rounds on the bag, mitts/pads, or sparring depending on who's at the gym that day, then finish off with abs and jump rope. It's something you can do on your own anywhere you have a bag.
