Working out the morning before a fight?

Saw recently that DC goes for a run the morning before his fight. Says he doesn't want the first time his lungs are blown out that day to be in the fight. Any of you guys do this? Interested for my fight in two weeks. Phone Post 3.0

For my first and second fights I didn't. My last two I just did 30 mins eliptical in the morning and then normal warmup before hand and felt much better. Phone Post 3.0

On this past TUF, i recall (i think) Tim "the south Jersey Stranger" Williams ran before his fight. Although he lost that fight, he did discuss running and its importance.

We do a light workout every fight day. Depends on the fight what we do but normally get a sweat going and do a little technique and game plan work. Phone Post 3.0
