yea i lost to that little turd!!! even tho i was very ill for that fight i still fought!!!no excuse but if we were to fight again it would be a different story, but fight is fight anyone can get a lucky shot!!!!!!

if you smaller fighters wanna really improve yourselves, you should try this suggestion...
Take a group of you...say, 5-10 guys...move to Thailand and train with the best Muay Thai guys there for about a year.
You'd accomplish several things...of course your striking abilities would improve but also you'd get in the best shape of your life from training in the hot tropical weather and you'd learn to eat a healthier diet...
not to mention you could maybe earn a few bucks training some Thai's subs!?
