Actually it is open to all. I just listed World Class Grappler's that have confirmed with me. I am sure there are more out there just haven't had a verbal confirmation from any other top level guys.
There isn't a limit to who can enter. If we have 30 people enter than it will be a big bracket. I assume for the $3000 we will have 30 or more and the $1000 can have that many since usually the small guys never have a chance to win decent money.
