I'm pretty sure I told someone here that icy hot would help with the pain from blue balls.

The most ridiculous stuff I see here is people completely talking out their asses about real life things like the law or accounting. People have no training or education, and completely make shit up. They're usually dead wrong, and yet people can act on that. It's pretty fucked how often people choose to chime in an opinion on a serious topic when they have no fucking clue
You must've loved the UG when the Nate Quarry Cung Le lawsuit came out! Turns out everyone on the UG is a litigator....LOL...
When Tryhardnobody sold me the time machine...

Got some "awesome" advice on helping my back --a pre-hab program--which gave me the worst back spasm I have ever had. 4 days FLAT on my back. Turned out to be 100% the opposite of what I should have done.
LOL, dude, you should have done heavy seated good mornings for time. There are so many arm chair PT guys on here.

Maybe but any OGer should be smart enough to check sources before following random OG advice. I remember a time when the OG was insistent that any "information" come with a good source or that poster would be laughed out of the thread.
It's mostly our own fault, we've gotten less diligent and more troll tolerant.
A lot of people also ask common sense shit that a simple google search could have answered for them. It's their own fault when they get fucked there.
What's even worse than following bad advice though is these clowns who make threads asking for advice, they receive a ton of great advice and proceed to ignore all of it.

It might have worked for them. Everyone's body is different and sometimes similar symptoms aren't the same thing.
My advice for anything back related do some Yoga and get a foam roller. Then again I don't have any back problems.
