My left hook looks more like an uncontrollable muscle spasm than an intentional strike.
I felt bad but then I remembered Tito’s striking never getting any better either so then I went back to feeling world class.
A good way to see if you’re actually as good at something as you feel like you are is to see yourself doing it. Yikes!
I ran track in HS, and have always been faster than most. Long story short, I made a drunken bet that I was faster than one of my friends and we raced (Im fat, he is not). I won, but lost any desire to run in public once I saw the video. If I'm going jogging, its before the sun comes up, or nothing. I pictured myself like Marshawn Lynch...powerful and explosive. I looked awkward and painful. Which, brings me to my point..why didnt anyone tell me I look like this when running? Why didnt your trainer tell you how bad your left hook is after 15 years?

Im simply a hobbyist at best. BJJ was my main love and I would do some MT but now im fat and old and after taking a year off of doing jack shit except getting fat and old I started exercising again.
