I truly think he would have. Jon looked so human tonight. DC has to be kicking himself in the ass, ring rust was definitely a factor tonight.

"Beefcake" jones didn't really impress me. He never really bullied osp or showed he's the freak power lifter. This is a guy coming from a 3 week camp and cutting God knows how much weight. I think OSP's whole plan was just to survive and not get highlight reeled.

Yea OSP looked bloated as hell, I think Jones could've finished him if he wanted to expose himself to more risks early on.

But You know what I realized, Jon didn't finish OSP but he completely shut down his offense. If you had never watched OSP fight before you wouldn't be very impressed with his performance. Jon just makes good fighters look bad. He methodically breaks you down and sometimes it doesn't make for exciting fights because it slows down his opponents offense.
I don't know why Jones and everyone else is acting like he was off. It was a super dominating clinical performance.
Osp was just happy to be there and it's hard to finish a guy who is just out there trying to survive and claim a moral victory.
Jon struggles with guys the same or similar frame/size to him and DC kills himself to make weight at LHW with a small frame, if it was fought at HW DC wins imo at LHW it's closer.
