Who submission wise? Maybe. From what I remember about Suzuki in his prime he had a mean streak about him,rather than working his way into submitting you he would literally try and rip your limb off. Interesting enough despite only being only 180 pounds a prime Ken shamrock never beat him in a match or a gym roll.
