Spradilin, who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and 240 pounds, was a college wrestler and has a brown belt in tae kwon do. Spradilin pinned the burglar and called 911.

"He said, 'Man, why don't you let me go?' And I said, 'I'm not going to let you go,'" Spradilin told NBC 5. "And I said, 'If you try to move I am going to knock you out!'"

Spradilin even demonstrated the moves he used to subdue the suspect on NBC 5's Scott Gordon (pictured, above). Spradilin also told Gordon that in college he was known as "Wrasslin' Spradilin."

The suspect, Samuel Nobles, has a long record of burglary convictions.

Nobles is currently in the Tarrant County jail.

That's some Tony Cechine's catch as catch can shit right there.

Why does he mention "with this move, wrestlers will tap out."
