Besides the college sports channel (I don't get it with Dish), does anyone know of any amateur wrestling on TV? Such as espn or foxsports.
Hi Kent, wrestling on TV is tough to come by, unfortunately. But you're in luck for right now. The NCAA championships are being held on March 18th - 20th.
Check ESPN 2 for listings. They usually broadcast the finals the same day (the 20th) or within a day or two on tape delay.
It sort of sucks because you end up seeing only about 1/2 or 2/3 of each match because of their editing, but hey, it's better than nothing, right?

Also, see if you get CSTV, College Sports TV (www.cstv.com). They broadcast wrestling all the time
Fox Sports Ohio has the Big12 Championships at 3:00pm today (Saturday 03/13/04). The good kind of wrestling, college rules, not the gay free-style rules. (you have to have control for back points and there is no exposure rule). Should see a fair amount of ground grappling and good takedowns & scrambles.
