I have fought in Pancrase boots. They suck. They are a sleeve that goes over wrestling shoes.
I think that long style tights are permitted by the Ohio Athletic Commission.You can also wear a wrestling singlet I believe.Someone correct me if I'm wrong on these.I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed by the NSAC,but I could see them coming up with some dumb excuse.

On of my buddies uses custom-made Sambo shoes - same design, just more layers of better leather on the soles - they grip the mat pretty good and they're quite soft.
Take the ghey ass wrestling shoes off and fight... damn.
