I had a partial tear on the wrist TFFC/ligament/cartilage because of Judo. I had wrist arthroscopy on my left wrist 2 months ago. There is still pain and soreness. The doctor has given me ibuprofen and celebrex. He also told me to wear a splint.
How long does it take for the pain to disappear? Anything I can do for a fast recovery?
