I started a new training regiment this week, and its pretty intense. Im 3 days in and my right wrist is popping out of place. It rarely does this, but its sore as hell and all I have to do is pull down on my forearm right above the wrist and it pops back into place. Its not ridiculous pain or anything, I'm just concerned about the rest of my workouts further damaging it.
Any suggestions? I know a wrist wrap will help, but anything else?
Thanks sultan. I think what did it was monday was a chest and back day, and I ended up doing about 140 pushups. I havent really been doing them, so it was hard on my wrists.
