Writing on a journal worthwhile?

I am currently in the end of first year competition to be selected to write on one of our four journals. It is on the statute of limitations, and is boring as shit.

Is having written on a journal a worthwhile thing? Good for the resume? Worth buckling down on?

Yes, yes, yes.

Hell yes, and anyone that tells you it isn't has their head in their ass. Even if you don't want to have a job where you sit and write memos of law or briefs all day, showing a demonstrated ability to write just makes you more credible for WHATEVER career path you take.
