Their broadcast deal is with NBC Sports, no idea how it works in Canda
however i'm sure you can get to a stream online, if not I can link you. I'd prefer the TV too though :(

The prelims start at 6;30 or 7 Pm on Sherdog.com.
It says they go live in app. 12 minutes.
I hope they actually show all the prelims on Sherdog this time.
