Affirmitive action promotes employing less qualified people to positions of power to appease the diversity narrative.
It's political, there are too many successful white men, according to sjw ideology that's unfair, the government needs to mandate against this.
They conveniently pretend that the white male suicide rate is not real or that it is a cause of white male toxic masculinity and don't bother looking into it further.
The media isn't journalism, I suppose it never really was, it's all ideology and the ideology being pushed right now is basically the world viewed through the lens of a spoiled college aged white women. Women have so much power on the dating market that a LARGE percentage of men have become cucks out of fear of losing dating opportunities if they do not appease m'lady.
