i thought he damaged one of them in his fight with sakurai? or one of his fights in japan. anyway he may have just been born that way.
I'm not positive, but I think it has something to do with a surgery he had to correct an eye injury after his fight with Sakurai.

My brother has 2 color eyes as well, he was born that way. In fact, his entire right eye is blue, and his left eye is half blue and half brown.
Its a birth mark of the eye.
its from an eye doctor. the doctors son was beaten by jens in a amatuer mma bout and the doctor wanted revenge. so during a routine eye check up, the doctor made his move. leaving jens with a grizzly mutilated eye.
