wtf was frank shamrock doin?

didn't frank use to train with wrestling teams. stanford i think. he had one of the most devastating takedowns ever - igor

Frank's knees are busted. He can't shoot.

"I swear to God, Cung is going to have to beat Anderson Silva via Flying Armbar before people give him respect."

But Anderson is susceptible to miraculous submissions, so that wouldn't prove much.

Cung would have to barely beat Silva by controversial split decision in a boring fight to really impress me.

ttt

"I don't want to say this was a WORK, because there was a fluke injury that ended it, but Frank could've ended that fight whenever he wanted to."

A Frank nuthugger at his finest.

Frank isn't some takedown specialist.

Absolutely.

Actually, I was hoping that this fight was so brutal that both of them would have to retire afterwards, only fighter I like less than either one of these two is Ken Shamrock. there goes your 'nuthugger' theory dumbass, nice try.

I think everybody was pretty sure you was trollin. Now you have us all "confuesed."

Frank fought with heart, entertained and stood with Cung.

Still a fan.

Frank himself said he hasn't taken anyone down since he fought Igor Zinoviev back in 1998.

ugh the "work" stuff

Too much bull riding IMO:

Arguing Frank's takedowns skills throughout his career is probably a moot point now, since his ACL was blown out his ability to take people down was probably severely hindered from here on out. Looks like if his opponents don't want to be on the ground with him they won't have to be.
