i have a fight comming up ..and i was wondering what u guys think is the best thing to eat the week of.. lots of carbs? i only have to cut 4 pounds..so im not too worried about that.. i just wanna have the most energy i possible can. Any suggestions?

I would say eat the same type of food you are used to, especially if you are not cutting. No need to do any big changes that might make your body "out of balance".
