XFO - Palaszewski vs. Jordan 3-19

TTT for Bartimus

kidpresentable,
what I ment if it goes passed first round it will probably go the distance. There is that better.

Bartimus- you ever get the items from Jeff that I gave him at Seminar of Champions to give to you?

FG

sorry bart, i couldn't understand you because of your thick polish accent.

OK that's it me and you KID, I know how much you like fighting guys that are much lighter then you :) Was that easier to understand?

thats fine but you have to tie one of your hands to your feet

it should be an all out war!!! good luck to both of you!

my pick= bart by ko!

I think that Joe is just a little too physical for Bart. The only losses on Joe's record are to top competition. Joe has never really been dominated by anyone, a good argument can be made that not being in shape was the main contributing factor to ninety percent of his losses.

As long as Joe comes into this fight in decent shape, he will be probably look to trade with Bart in close quarters where Bart's reach is negated. Bart cannot take Joe down if he gets in trouble standing but Joe on the other hand, can take Bart down at will if the need arises.

I will concede a slight advantage to Bart in striking due to his reach and technique. But I believe that Joe has the better chin and can shut Barts game down by controlling the distance. Bart has to realize that the takedown or pick-up/slam is waiting as soon as he over commits on his punches. If that doesn't put a little caution into his game I would be very surprised.

Joe will not be submitted unless he gets tired early. Since he has been working out at Militech's, I am pretty sure he will come in strong.

Bottome line is that Joe is stronger, used to fighting bigger opponents, and can dictate where the fight takes place.

I will be sitting ringside at the fights and I will take bets on Joe until I run out of money. Please look me up if you would like to wager on the outcome. I will be wearing a red T-shirt with a black jacket.

stonnie, i will buy you a beer and then take your last dollar! bartimus via ko!

cdranka,

I will gladly take you up on both offers.

Stonnie- A little over confident arent we? Anybody can lose on any given night. You mentioned all of Joe's strengths but happened to miss out on Barts. To say Joe wont be submitted unless he is tired is kind of an arrogant comment. Anybody can be submitted or KOed anytime in a fight; Bart included. Man I think Bart is going to win, but I dont think it is going to be a cake walk.

Yes, my buddy Stonnie is a "little over confident".

I've never had a fight stoped for a cut and I was OK 1 time before by Jens Pulver.( if you didn't see the fight, it came down to who was going to land the big shot on the chin 1st and he did. I'm happy we are on the same team now! That fight helped me out a lot.)

I see this fight being a stand up war for 3 round.

My last few real fights were stand-up wars with people like:....Josh Neer....Roger Huerta....Kolo Koka....and the fight that started it all, my teammate Jens Pulver.

If this fight makes it past the 1st round, it will be a great fight!.........Joe Jordan

you are a very respectable and stand up competitor Mr. Jordan. Good luck with the fight. I have never seen you fight so I am not going to make ridiculous guesses on how the fight will win. I am going with my friend Bartimus on the victory, but do realize anything can happen. Best of luck.

FG

good luck Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man Joe, you have stood with some tough dudes...I can't wait to see this fight. Im going to have to go with you considering your new team. I root for anything and anyone that has to do with MFS. Good Luck Bro!

I am not trying to pump Joe up or discredit Bart's ability, I am just giving my opinion of what factors will come into play during this fight.

I believe that Bart strikes very well and has shown an ability to finish that few fighters have.

However, Joe has proven very hard to finish and damn near impossible to knock out.

I see this fight being determined by four factors; brute strength, wrestling, ability to take a punch, and stamina.

I think that both fighters will come out looking to trade licks, but only one has the ability to control how long the fight stays standing. If Joe gets ahead on the striking, Bart will not be able to take him down. But if Joe gets in trouble standing he can always look for the takedown or pick/up slam.

I think Joe is definitely the stronger of the two and although Bart has proven ko power, he will not be able to finish Joe with one shot. Even if Bart is getting the better of the striking, he will have to string together a pretty nice comination to really hurt Jordan. Joe will move to shut down his striking very quickly if he feels threatened, and I just don't think Bart is strong enough to resist.

With all due respect, I think Joe Jordan leaves with the belt.

Man I need fans like stonnie, come on guys someone help me out.

Bartimus- Did you receive my stuff from Jeff that I gave to him for you? Answer my question and maybe you will earn me as a fan? :)

Dude I have trained with Bart, and have seen Bart fight. The dude is very talented, never gets tired, has KO power, and is slick on the ground. Bartimus can hang with a lot of brown and black belts. I dont believe I have ever seen him submitted except when he was like 18 and 19. He may not knock Joe out cold, but he has enough speed and quickness to throw a flurry of punches where the referee could stop the fight for a TKO. As for saying Bart cant take Jordan down I will have to disagree with that comment. Bartimus is very quick and can set up takedowns from anywhere. Bartimus has enough power in his stand up that Jordan will want the fight to go to the ground. Either way I see Bartimus winning this fight by TKO or submission. If the fight goes to the judges I believe Bartimus will win by unanimous decision. Bartimus is an excellent fighter, and his most recent lose to JZ Cavalcanti has made him more motivated as a fighter. Just my two cents worth.

If I am wrong I will be the first guy to shake Joe Jordan and Stonnie's hand. Good luck!

Bartimus if you lose this fight now I am gonna whoop you! :)
