They need two more big fights, and a couple decent ones to easily offer more than any other mma show in the coming months.
Sure they'll be criticism if Fedor fights Choi, but that'll mostly be from people who think they work for zuffa. If you envision Choi walking to the ring to fight Fedor and that doesn't compel you, you're probably a zuffa finger-puppet.

It obviously won't be the biggest in terms of gate or revenue... and it won't be the biggest (in terms of Best Card ever) either.
Hopefully it ends up being the most significant card of all time, if it can prove to enough people who matter, that a viable money-making alternative to the UFC can exist. That is what should be hoped for here.
With that being said... it will be a better card than 95% of all UFC shows.
Fedor vs. Yoshida (if it happens) may be a very significant main event, in terms of reversing a downward trend of Japanese MMA interest. And if that trend is reversed, it could have serious implications to the MMA world (even stateside)
