Just managed to get my acid reflux somewhat cleared up and took the first opportunity to use that Jerk seasoning.
Made a dipping sauce using the Jerk with a bit of honey, soy, brown sugar, butter, olive oil, and spiced rum.
My GOD that stuff is flat out amazing. Perfect balance of flavor and heat. I would've taken some photos of the chicken all glazed in the sauce.. but I fucking ate the last of it.
If I get fat, I'm holding you DIRECTLY accountable lol
