I learned it as "the guillotine" and a very well-known wrestling website also calls it that.
Now, of course, many wrestling moves have different names depending on the region and such. For instance, we had a move called the "oklahoma". I'm sure it has a million different names but that's what us San Diegans called it.
i like that garcia brothers mexican wrestling arm-breaker. once you get caught in that you cant get out.
