Your favorite moments of Raw 1000?

1. I marked out when The "Dr. of Style" Slick was announced and Jive Soul Bro hit the speakers.

#2. The New Age Outlaws & Xpac join Trips & Shawn for original DX.

#3 Sean Mooney. Don't know why, but that was great seeing him get a call for the show. He was a huge part of the "weekend updates" bits (or whatever they were called) every saturday morning.

What did y'all most like?

Oh, and biggest letdown was no Stone Cold! That was a surprise.

But all in all a really fun show.

Daniel Bryan & Rock was fun too.

a real DX reunion with NAO and Xpac

brothers of destruction

Punk turning heel

Lita

the exchange between steph and heyman

slick

Lita looked good from certain angles but she was out of shape cause she had a belly apron! Phone Post

I thought it was good, not great. I'm not mad about what we got, just more surprised at some missing elements.

Austin being left off was a disappintment. I get he just had surgery, but hey a quick "thanks for thinkin of me" video clip would've worked!

DX reunion was fun, I was almost surprised they didn't do something with either the Kliq or Evolution.

Its unfortunate they couldn't (or wouldn't) work something out with TNA for a one night deal. Missing Kurt Angle, RVD, The Hardy Boys and The Dudley Boys (not to mention Hulk Hogan) felt like a real missing moment, and some important parts of history.

I'll totally admit - I marked out for Bret Hart coming out - sorta surprised we didn't see Edge there, too. Oh, and putting the belt on Miz? Didn't expect that one!

Last - the whole AJ/DB wedding just seemed weird. I almost wonder if they changed it mid-show. When they showed Daniel, pre-ceremony, talking to the guys in white coats I was picturing the wedding would go off, immediately followed by his having AJ committed. Interesting where it went instead. No Austin sucked. Great to see the legends.. Phone Post

I thought it was good overall...

BUT

I think it was early for a Punk heel turn and was more surprised who wasn't there than was.

Honestly, they hyped it up so big, I was halfway expecting more. Phone Post

Not one memorable moment.

Seriously, what happened that will be remembered 6 months from now? A year from now? Absolutely fucking nothing.

When I heard the APA theme song, I geeked out. Phone Post

APA was great. Especially the way Slater sold the clothesline from hell. Did you see the huge smile on JBL's face for 30 seconds after it landed?

I was also more surprised about who wasn't there than anything. Phone Post

It was only a big deal because there was a bunch of dudes that were awesome back in the day there. How come nobody in wrestling now stands out as a true future legend? Phone Post

Miz winning the title. Punk putting Rock in the GTS.

Didnt care for much of the legends stuff, was just way too much of it and it really dragged on. Seeing APA was cool though

Ya back in the mid 90s Farooq and Jesse James really stood out

I think Punk's heel turn was the best part of RAW 1000th episode.

GSP24 -

Gunn looked the same as he did 15 years ago. Phone Post

he sure did

good on him.

By the mid 90s Ron Simmons had already been a world champion, so yes, he stood out.

That's without considering that he was the first African American to hold one of the major world titles...
