It sucked donkey dick, and it was basically egg whites, chicken, oatmeal, apples, and almonds for 3 months.

Steak and a baked potato. I didn't want to go crazy until after the fight. I only cheated on my diet today. I'm going back to pretty much the same thing starting tomorrow only bigger portions to try to gain back some of the muscle I lost.
