The great thing about MMA is that styles make fights and besides BJ Penn, really, any of the top 15 could beat eachother on any given night, in my opinion.
That said, I gotta give some love to Ben Henderson, Varner and Cerrone, who should be in that mix, along with Thompson, Melendez and Noons.
How awesome would it be if we got to see a promotion vs promotion involving the UFC and Strikeforce Champs and top contenders vs Dream/Sengoku?????? I know it will never happend because of egos, politics and red tape, but the event tonight is one of the reasons why I LOVE Japanese MMA - they do events with the FANS in mind, with Budo. (I know I someone will mention 'what about the circus fights, no testing, fixed fights bs, but Champ V Champ is the most clearcut way to see who is the best....)
