To anyone doubting his ability or heart, i trained with Pat at Trevor Clarkson's club in the mid 90's. He is a tough, techniacal fighter!
We both attended one of Frank Shamrock's seminars when we were both lowly white belts. After the seminar, we were all invited to roll with Frank. Back then, Pat was the only one that Shamrock was really impressed with.
