It was great to see some big time fighters in the area for a card that offered some interesting fights. We made the two hour trip to Nashville in better time, so we decided to hang out downtown near the event - Sommet Center. I even ran into a bro representing the underground.
I've never been to a large scale pro show, so I was overwhelmed to meet so many fighters and others in the industry. First and foremost, gotta say thanks to Frankie Edgar's family for being cool and helping us meet so many people. In one word- unbelievable. We took pics with Frankie, Eddie Bravo, Forest Griffin, Tyson Griffin, Arianny, Brock Larson, Nick Catone, Joe Silva, Stitch & Leon, Matt Lindland, Jeremy Stephens, Dan Henderson, and so many more. It was ridiculous how nice everyone was and willing to chat with the fans for a second. Tyson Griffin said.. no problem, ya'll paying our bills! I've always been a fan of Tyson cause he never disappoints.
The fights were exciting but I kept finding myself watching the big screen and the cage instead of just the cage. And my buddy proposed to two decent ladies behind us that knew their UFC. Our night was done, until we ran into the TapouT crew... like a little boy at a Hannah Montana concert, I was pumped. Even had to tell them that they made my night since they made the trip - even under extreme circumstances. I sported the TapouT out of love, even though I wasn't originally going to (didn't want to look like a complete newb) From one entrepreneur to the others... Long Live TapouT. Believe!!!
Live MMA events are fun for the most part.

Ahh Fredhammer, unfortunately there are no beaches in western KY, it's just we're I spend most of my daydreaming while I'm slaving in the office.

Got to meet Cole too and get a pic together. I think its hilarious how much he dislikes Junie, but just talking to Cole, he was super nice. Junie really pissed him off!
I was in the front row where the fighters came out. I wanted to kick every picture taking autogragh hound down the stairs. Everytime someone would come out or walk up or down the stairs I would get 20 fucking people standing all around me, leaning on me and shit. Finally I told the security lady in front of me gaurding the stairs I was going to kick the next person who leans on me down them. She stopped letting people and made them stay in there seats.
