Jesus, Aaron Rosa lost like 70 pounds between UFC 131 (when he fought Joey Beltran) and now, when he's fighting on tomorrow night's UFC on Fox. Check out the before and after:

Dude was a Christmas ham when he fought Beltran. Anyone remember the butterball with glasses at the outdoor weigh ins in Canada? Congrats to Aaron Rosa on his weight loss! That's a pretty big accomplishment.
He has fought at LHW before. I wonder why he let himself go so badly at times.

He got fat because he had a kid. He has always fought as light heavy before getting the call to the show. He's a solid guy when he takes training serious.
