Went in ULTRA try hard mode for this fight.
I can imagine him training harder than anyone ever has. I think he REALLY didn't accept his loss against Mcgregor and his mind and time is now all focused on beating McGregor. I bet he literally did not do any hobbies and just spent all his time in the gym, ate perfect, etc.
Frankie Edgar was just as good as we expected him to be. But Aldo was better than ever.
Aldo looked in better shape than I remember ever seeing him. He out conditioned Frankie fucking Edgar of all people. 
Well, he fought smart.
First fight, he had more output in the early rounds 1-3 and faded a bit in 4-5. He was more measured throughout in this one and his defense was also on point. His countering was also more on point than the first fight. It wasn't just about conditioning, styles make fights.
He fought a crazy smart fight. His Jab was phenomenal.
