1 You went missing for the beter part of 4 days . Those four days you were suppose to be working but were given the time off specifically to attend cornering a club fighter in Montreal. As of 1 am the night you called and said you were leaving at 7 am it was still to my understanding you were "working" Instead you went MIA and did not return calls or emails. I received calls from Montreal a few of which were your mother wondering what was going on ? So you owe for that as outlined in your letter of termination. In addition you were paid in advance as per your insistance ( and regular scam I now know ) and you were terminated before month end theirfor their are funds owing as you were fired due to various performance issues. ( as outlined in your termination letter)

2 I agreed to pay moving expenses on a one year contract when you breeched that contract and did not meet reasonable performance standards etc MIA,drunk at UFC party, soliciting members etc . I spend alot more then $1700 Lol as I have the receipts for airfare and deposits to your account etc , ( it will all be in the suit ) I have contracts written by you in your hand writing as well as the one we signed that was to go to the lawyer the next day ? Did you forget? I also have the original that I emailed to you and you emailed back and wrote how you were in full agreement of the below points etc etc.You even stated on a post on the UG we had a contract

3 You didnt have shit for gear and I fronted you gear and you put it on credit I kept part of the gear from the locker as I knew I wouldn't get cash anytime soon. You still owe for a few pieces of equipment as stated in your letter of termination. You also owe for the $30 adavnce for chiro care I have the original adavance receipt in your handwriting that you put in the cash box, I also have the receipt for the $50 advance you needed to take one of the strippers out from the strip joint . Remember the one who signed the poster ? The one you ran around town with shitfaced making out with at the bars ? The one who kept calling ht e gym at the wee hours when you were settling in with Janelle at your new place?Well I have that receipt to.You ask me if I want to take something back ? No I want you to pay for it shitbag!! Once you left I understood why you wanted me to front a shitload of gear to you for your sask school but you didnt want me to ship it you kept saying "no I will keep it at my house and he can come down and get get it train with me for a few days " LOL planning ahead eh conman!

4 The Tv you didnt have when you moved into your house a few weeks early and had no furn etc also the futon you have of mine I leant you both and you havent returned them , not to worried about the futon can imagine some strippers had some fun on their that week before your wife got their. You borrowed both from me and havent returned them you shitbag

I also have copies of your failure to appear warrants for theft they were sent to you by Afton with the love letter. These items were in the locker I cleaned out I have copies of every item and inventoried all the drugs.

So Pinky I have all the paperwork and I can prove everything and just the fact you opened your con 600 yards down the road from my club in a small town of 35 thousand shows you are scum .

Make sure you do it in BC as far as I know you are safe here .I have copies of everything that was in the locker when I packed it up and put it in a box and went out and gave you your letter of termination. I also have a list of the roids and stuff that were in your locker as well, would you like me to post that? Last year I completed my ICP (instructors certification program) with St-John Ambulance. Since then, I have made many contacts in the industry and someone knew of me and my MMA fights through the grapvine. Well one thing led to another and I got in touch with this Martial Arts Academy that was looking for an instructor. Well, we worked out a schedual and a contract and I leave saturday morning to start teaching while also contunuing with St-John Ambulance.

Funny how youve said over and over "no contract" yet you say it in your initial post?
Oh do you remember this one ?

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members at PGCC (Proving Grounds Combat Club) for all your support throughout the last few months.
As of Today I will no longer offer my services at PGCC as Mr.Dickens and I have been unable to come to an agreement that we are both comfortable with. There is no termination or resignation due to the fact that there was never a contract between PGCC and myself, we just could not find common ground and so I wish him all the best.

The following is a statement from Dave Lochert in regards to comments Jason St. Louis made in the last Northern Touch:

However what he promised and what he delivered were two different things so we had no alternative to fire him. Jason will also be going to court on a Break, Enter and Theft charge with the Saskatoon City Police (Incident/File number 05-43626) from an incident at our business.

I have all my credentials and info posted on the website for anyone to call me on it and my club and I are registered through Ajarn Mike Miles www.MikeMiles.com , Saskatchewan Amateur Boxing www.BoxingSask.com plus numerous other organizations.

We are the biggest Martial Arts/MMA club in Saskatchewan, where as the "club" that Jason states that he is now teaching for isn't even in the phone book www.yellow.ca , www.mysask.com . They are just a few guys that train in a warehouse bay without any regular hours. We are listed under Martial Arts Instruction, Martial Arts Sales, Fitness Centres and Tanning Salons.

On any search engine enter "Bushido Saskatoon" and the main mention is to Graham Weenk the owner and Head Coach of Bushido, not of any other student, fighter or club. Enter "Champion Fight Club" and we are mentioned on at least 6 directory pages.

Our Kickboxing program is even part of a few local High School's grade 11 Phys Ed program, where they would come in for 3 days and train, then write a paper on what they learned. I have members that are Military and Saskatoon Police. I have also personally trained over 30 Championship Title Holders and we host over 8 to 12 events a year. I have been involved with the Martial Arts for over 26 years and have been running my club for over 14 years.

We currently teach 160+ students and are open 7 days a week from 12pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 9pm Friday and 12pm to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Jason was to come to the club and teach Full Time but when he was put on the payroll he only wanted to teaching 2 classes a week and he'd come late rushing in the door then after the class he'd be the first one out the door. He said he tought 2 classes in Red Deer for the same amount of money and there was never any mention of this being full time.

I have email documentation to back up these quotes: My first correspondance with Jason, I asked, "Were you planning on the instruction to be a full time or part-time venture?" His reply,"I am looking to teach full time"

In another correspondence I wrote,"I'd be interested in chatting with you about a possible partnership so we both share the work load and it can be profitable for both of us. I'm definately eager to have you onboard."

After the first 2 weeks I paid him for the hours he worked and he expected full time pay for part time hours so we had a discussion and he said he will work more hours if I gave him a full time paycheque for the past 2 weeks. I took him on his word but again by weeks end he still only did the same 2 classes so I had no alternative to let him go. Once he was let go he still had the keys to the building and came in after hours to rob the ProShop but was caught by one of the employees who was there to clean. He ended up stealing some Thai Shorts and 4 pairs of the event gloves probably thinking if he took the gloves it would make holding the event that was coming up difficult. I contacted Cam at BOeS www.Boes.ca and he supplied us with 10 pairs of gloves for the event.

Jason came back to the club later on in the day and asked to talk to me and we went into the office where he threatened me with physical violence and asking if I'm represented by an organization (meaning bikers, etc) and stating that he has guys that can handle his problem and that I better watch out. (This too was witnessed and overheard by staff)

"We hosted the May Mayhem Tuffman on May 14th and one of the guys he was cornering was wearing a pair of the stolen Red/Black and White,Team CFC Thai shorts (we have it on video) and they are in the Saskatoon City Police (Incident/File number 05-43626). When confronted where he got the shorts he stated that he bought then at the club.

All our Thai shorts have different product codes and the shorts his guy was wearing were the ones that we just ordered in AFTER he was let go and they were the club colours. (Wolfgear Invoice documentation). His fighter lost (1st round TKO) and when the glovers went retreave the gloves from them, they already took off with the gloves. We told the co-promoter (Ryly's Nightclub) of the theft and the police officer that is filing the previous report and by the start of the week Jason called Elmer (one of the partners) at the club saying that he took the gloves by mistake.

When the gloves were returned you can plainly see that they tried to scrub off the CFC marking on the glove (we have a photo of the gloves they took with a pair from the event to show the CFC partially scrubbed off) I am not one for bad mouthing anyone and getting into the whole "he said she said" type of petty bickering but on our website we have a link to the www.sherdog.com website and I have friends and students who some know the situation and others don't, so I thought its best to also voice my opinion (with documentation).

We are a non-profit organization aimed at getting kids off the steet and into the Martial Arts and Boxing. We have a great reputation in the community for helping these kids, being involved with events and programs for our youth and feel that this situation has gotten out of hand and had no alternative to get the authorities involved to tend to this matter.

Like I said, my lawyer has informed me not to comment about this allegation, it is not fact. Holy fuck I wish I could tell the story cause it's a good one!

Anyhow, what I can say is this...

Well the fact is, this did not happen, thats why we are in court now.

So if I was caught Red-handed by the employee, why is it that some time later, he is using video evidence to prove that I stole shorts? I thought I was caught stealing by the employee? Kinda makes you wonder what is realy going eh?

Things don't add up, and that is why I am involved in a court case you dumb-ass..lol you know nothing.

lets just say I am guilty of everything you have acused me of and all that Mr.Lockhert is acusing me of, what is your point?

No one cares, it doesn't affect me, or anyone on the UG, and it just makes you look like some grade school RAT.
