ISKA said so long as you are not charging spectators, then it is not classified as a "competition".
very interesting on the smokers. I just hope people take proper precautions for insurance for the fighters and proper referees... Last thing you would want to see is someone get hurt and have no insurance to care for them and then the loophole gets closed, REAL quick

After talking it over with some people, we think it wouldnt be worth it.
Even though the schools insurance should cover anyone "training" in his gym...and we would ref on the side of safety first...we still think it wouldnt be worth the risk.
ISKA dues for ammy mma are just crazy. 400 to sanction, 350 for a rep, etc.
With everything it is like a couple of grand at least.
Oh well, sometimes you have to play the game
