Ancient Greeks?

What were some of the physical exercises the greeks did for conditioning? Be it for strength, agility or endurance. Any websites out there that explain?

The favoured form of exercise was wrestling. They also used various forms of weights and punching bags. I believe some Greek vases depict athletes doing squats.

wrestling and gymnastics were considered the standard for physical exercise for men.

Thanks

I also heard that they filled up bags with sand and used those as weights. And there are still stones that have greek markings on them indicating they were used for weight-training. They were graduated in size and the 'aim' was to be able to lift the weight overhead, then you moved onto the next heavier stone. Anyway, thats all according to the history channel :)
