He had his hands low and paid the price. Hell, he still kept his hands low after he got up, and if that were Silva in there he would have been in serious trouble for being so careless.

Diabate's problem in that fight was that he refused to move his fucking head.
He had better reach and pop than Cane, but he had almost no defensive movement whatsoever.

I actually thing the UFC should build this guy up and hype his Muay Thai/Kickboxing background, then throw him to the wolves when he's comfotable in the cage. After all, his weakness is the ground game, but where better train when you got Dan Henderson(wrestling), Heath Sims (Wrestling), Sokoudjou (Judo) + many many more throughout all the mutiple Team Quest locations in socal.....
