No.
these syringes are designed for subcutaneous injections.
Insulin and HgH are administered subcutaneously on an out patient basis.
The type of rehydration you are talking about would require IV access.
He's got 5 kids and a wife, so who knows what those needles are for.
Besides, if he were doing something illegal, he would've hidden his stuff and not willing invite a tv crew into his closet.

I am not accussing or assuming anderson silva is doing anything at all.
