He's a BJJ guy, with no wrestling and no standup. He might hit hard and be tough to put away but that's not going to be enough.

A guy fights a poor fight (strategically), doesn't listen to his corner (legendary UFC fighter BJ Penn), lies to his coach and teammates about his strategy, and inflicts virtually no damage in his fight, and we're starting petitions to bring him back and extolling his heart? Hey, the guy gives a good pre-fight interview, and makes himself sound pretty cool. Still, that doesn't warrant bringing him back.
