My younger brother is interested in doing some MMA training. He goes to school at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia and wants to join a decent club out there. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

He is more than welcome at Fit Plus. We are located on the other side of the bridge but have quite a few comuting from the Halifax side to train.
