If you live Suisun, drive down Walters, take a left on Walters Ct...right before that Bon Fare Market. Stay on Walters Ct for a few blocks or so....on the left hand side there used to be/probably still is an MMA gym there. I don't remember the name but it wasn't too bad. Instructor is more kickboxing, but the have/had an octagon and a few amateur fighters there....and bring in BJJ guys from Ceaser's IIRC.
It's an industrial area so don't think you're lost....it should be towards the end of Walters Ct on the left....it sits on the end of a row of buildings, so you'll have to turn into the parking lot to even see it.

That's Dan "Bam Bam" Stell's gym you're talking about. It's still there as far as I know. He was a pretty good kickboxer several years back. I think he does offer some MMA training there. He is a referee and judge for boxing, kickboxing/muay thai and mma in Cali. He's also been a ref for UFC and Strikeforce.
I stay in Vacaville a lot with my girlfriend but I'm from Sac. I do the air force reserves out of Travis and roll with some guys on base Monday's and Thursday's. I spar several days a week at Urijah's gym in Sac. I have my first ammy fight atthe end of October.
