I'm taking off to the Dominican for a week this Saturday. Anyone else heading down south? Anyone been to Dominican?

I was there (Punta Cana) with my wife over new years. Great time!

Thxs Mike. I'm heading to a resort called Bahai Principe San Juan. It is like a hour away from Puerto Plata. I've been to Barbados and Cancun but not Dominican. Should be a good time.

I live about 1/2 hour to an hour from Bahia Principe and 10 minutes from the airport where you'll be landing.

And I have mats.

And a BJJ class (MWF 6PM).

And a purple belt under Fabio Hollanda.

And a car.

And friends who own bars in Cabarete (hottest nightlife/windsurfing/kiteboarding destination on the island).

And a hotel stocked with icey cold beer.

Is there a reason you haven't contacted me yet?

I wish I was heading down there this weekend! My friend is a flight attendant though, and I'm pretty sure she's doing flights to the Dominican this weekend.

LOL@Colin!! He is still pissed at me that I didn't fall for all his cheesy lines in last time we were in Montreal together. No matter how much liquer he fed me I stayed true...LOL.
