The advantage of training at Paraestra is you can train at all the Paraestra gyms for free.
I guess you can read Japanese :P
Is this the same Paraestra as the one in Tokyo which he teaches at? I guess he only teaches once a week, but maybe he trains there move often as well...
He trains at the Nerima dojo which is the Paraestra HQ, during the day, and sometimes at night (I believe).
