anyone train at AlanTeo bjj in Fort lee NJ? How are the classes?

Hey Trevor, the school is pretty amazing, with new equipment, great facilities and a really chill environment. I teach at Alan's Woodland Park facility on Mondays and Wednesdays and co-teach the advanced class with Alan on Thursday nights. For a new school, there's pretty good upper-belt representation - last Thursday we had three black belts (myself included) on the mat, and the Thursday before that, we had four.

If you know Alan, you know the kind of atmosphere we go for...respectful but laid back and friendly, with an emphasis on technical instruction and development. I'm not on this site that frequently, but you can email me at nijuro at gmail dot com if you have any questions and the website is teobjj.com.

Alan is a super nice guy, and has excellent jiu jitsu.
