Alex C. has always been honest and upfront with me and many others. He and Showdown Joe are 2 guys in the mma scene who I believe in and support.

I feel bad for the fighters who trained for the Jan. event, and i KNOW that Alex and Joe feel bad about it as well. I have no idea why the show was cancelled. If they aren't offering explanations, then there is likely legal ramifications to doing so.

Lets hope that APEX can put together another show in the near future.

It's funny how a lot of these guys shit on Patry(yes he is a scumbag) and then end up doing the same shit themselves over and over.

A lot of these so called "good guys" of Canadian MMA are not really good guys.

Can you explain how many Apex shows have been canceled like the last one? How many times they have not paid their fighters? The answer is 0.



A one-time happening does not put them in the same league as Patry, IMHO.

I wasn't scheduled to fight on their card. That's besides the point.

I just found it odd, that they put on a card fairly quickly and tried to undercut kotc with the debut of the cage the week before, and tried to pull it off, but then the show got called off. (Unfortunately)

I just find it odd that this much time has passed and not a peep from anybody on the Apex team on this.

I find it very unprofessional and bushleague

In the very corrupt ego driven fight world, I thought the APEX federation was a breath of fresh air. I really hope they can get their problems sorted out and put on another show.
