Mertvaya Ruka - Kirik is apologizing because in IT, such a long outage is CATASTROPHIC. Shit should never be down for so long, they just lost a day of revenues and will have to reimburse advertisers etc... it is a huge deal, especially if the issue isn't 100% fixed yet.
