Unless he has been practicing face punching drills, he's not going to come into this fight prepared. He has an iron chin, so knocking him out is pretty hard but his reaction to getting hit is what will be the difference in this fight.
In his first few fights in MMA, he fought without fear and he easily steamrolled his way to victory. The first hard puncher he fought (Carwin) shattered his confidence. He won that fight but he was never the same. He probably could have blasted Overeem onto his back with a committed, powerful takedown but instead cowered and half stepped. If he fights that way vs Hunt, he will get blasted into the fetal position. If he fights the same he did prior to the Carwin fight, there is a chance he could pound Hunt out. For that to happen he would have needed to get over his fear of getting hit in the face. He would need a sports psychologist and lots of conditioning drills.
People seem to think that one touch will magically make Brock drop like a stone and I just don't see it. He took bombs from Carwin who possibly hits just as hard if not harder than Hunt and weathered it.
Not saying Hunt wont get a TKO but this notion that Hunt will shatter his jaw .. im just not sold on it the guy has a hell of a chin.
Or maybe he's just total barbarian and doesn't give a f**k!
Well Brock is pretty one dimensional and hasn't been in the UFC in over 5 years (I think)
But if he can get Hunt down he will be in business.
Remember hunt isn't immune from being tko'd from the feet either, Brock is pretty powerful and in that rush perhaps hunt concerns himself too much with TD defence and gets clipped!
I think there are so many ways this fight could go nothing would surprise me!
Sprawl'n'Stall - But to be good you have to hone your skills with top coaches AND training partners. That you can't "hide" or do in secret.Didn't hughes run camps similar to how lesnar does?
Ramon Maroni -Brock called Dana. He is not doing it for money. That's obviously last thing he needs.nasthefad -Ramon Maroni - nope, Hunto is going to bodybag himSo you think Brock hasnt been trying the past 4 years(regardless of whether Hunt wins or not)
trying what?
WWE?? and making a lot of $$$$$
no, I am basing this on his 4 yr lay off and being 4 yrs older, Hunto has only gotten better the last 4 yrs
has Brock been training, I dont know, maybe some, but being in the WWE, I can assure you takes up a lot of his training time
bottom line is BLAF threw "fuck you" $$$ to Brock after Conor bailed on 200
Brock prolly wants to win, but it was prolly so much money it doesnt matter either way, win or lose
he wins, he might fight again, he loses he prolly wont

One of his recent inteviews he clearly said part of this decision was "a whole lot of zeros" behind the number that he's getting paid for this fight. Lady asked exactly how many zeros....he just laughed and said trust me it's a lot.
So yes, money is part of it. The dude's buying farms. Farms are expensive.

Believe me Brock is getting 7 digits for this fight. Easy 7 digits. That's why he said win or lose he's making a shit ton of money at UFC 200. I believe him.
I just hope Brock is true to himself.
It doesn't matter if we're underestimating him, Hunt better not. If he does, he's the one in for a bad night. I love this fight, could go either way, and that's the truth.
Jack Skellington -I'm guessing an easy 8 digits, and I can see it. McGregor dreams about Lesnar money.8flat -TheOneWhoKnocks -Ramon Maroni -Brock called Dana. He is not doing it for money. all he has to do is get Hunt down.
I don't think he is being underestimated so much as the the fact that Hunt hits so damned hard and Brock hasn't reacted well in the past. Carwin landed many, many bombs before he gassed. If Hunt does drop him, I hope he follows up quick with an atomic butt drop or some Hendo shit. Otherwise his energy may end up as efficient as McGregor vs Diaz. Hard to see a walk off. But damn.. if anyone on the planet can, it's this man. That would be a statement on an already Super Saiyan career.
Maybe everyone using the "5 years off" is underestimating some. Let's not forget Brock had just one fight before his UFC title run. He was ill when he fought Cain, six months later had a foot of colon taken out and six months later said fuck it, I'll fight the Reem.
5 years later and just a blue belt in BJJ that we know of, Brock still says fuck it, I'll fight the hardest hitting motherfucker you can find. Dude lost a foot of colon, yet his intestinal fortitude grows. Respect that.
Brock haters after the fight be like...
if only I knew how to post pics... Or not use snapchat to edit

Actually, Carwin never really landed clean and hard on the button. I've watched that fight many times. Hunt's power vs. Carwin's is debatable but I believe Hunt is a more accurate striker. He will land on the chin and Brock will go down.
I heard a rumor that Brocks sparring partners were asked not to punch him in the head too much. Any truth to this?
If he has been dilligently training striking and getting used to being punched in the face he has a shot. If not, well i think he will be knocked out.
My problem is Hunt alot more scary of a striker then reem and cain. Dont see lesnar taking his punches well. Lesnar needs a blast double leg early.
Many jimmies will be rustled after Honkey Kong smashes Hunto's brains in
